From Tristan Perich (the author) website:

1-Bit Symphony is an electronic composition in five movements on a single microchip. Though housed in a CD jewel case, 1-Bit Symphony is not a recording in the traditional sense; it literally “performs” its music live when turned on. A complete electronic circuit—programmed by the artist and assembled by hand—plays the music through a headphone jack mounted into the case itself.

Mother Earth is on the brink of extinction and has released her last defence, the Great Death Worm Wojira.
Not enough? Ok! Plenty of NES-style pixelated graphic. A such bad-ass monster that not only destroys planes (even Mega Shark can do that) but satellites too.
Are you drooling yet? I am. And I can’t wait the release (end of the month).

Have you ever played Tetris so much that when you went to sleep you dreamt of falling tetrominoes?
Have you ever had a really spicy Indian dinner and then enjoyed nightmares all night?
Have you ever done both at the same time, experiencing Tetris-themed nightmares?

xkcd describes a Tetris based hell for all you addicted but, if you really want to try how it feels when you have been a bad player and are now being punished, check HATETRIS.
It really makes you feel miserable and there’s also a replay function to hammer what remains of your ego over and over again.

Googling late at night always brings amazing stuff.
Yesterday I found CODEORGAN a web based (literally) automatic music generator.

CODEORGAN

From the page’s about:

THE CODEORGAN ANALYSES THE *BODY* CONTENT OF ANY WEB PAGE AND TRANSLATES THAT CONTENT INTO MUSIC. THE CODEORGAN USES A COMPLEX ALGORITHM TO DEFINE THE KEY, SYNTH STYLE AND DRUM PATTERN MOST APPROPRIATE TO THE PAGE CONTENT.

A very big Bravo to the authors and as they say “GO AND MAKE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC TOGETHER.

It is certain now.
Prawns, mussels, clams, lobsters, oysters are all abominations before the Lord!

More or less like gay people.

Leviticus 11:9-12 says:
9 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.
10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:
11 They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.
12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.

Amazing! Simply amazing.
The Big Lebowski as a Shakespeare play. Someone really should act this one.

Shakespeare

BONNIE: I mean only the wind in thine own maw in this case; blow, then, serve your turn and cool my hot temper.
THE KNAVE: Sayst thou that I must blow upon thy foot, painted lady?
BONNIE: I ask this deed of you thrice now; and that which a damsel craves constantly is the service of a tongue most moved in capability. Look to my foot; I cannot reach that far. Blow, wind!
THE KNAVE: I fear thy charms. Will not thy consort mind If I bestow his lady fair my wind?
BONNIE: Nay, there’s naught for which Oliver carest; He mindeth not, for he’s a nihilist.

The best popup usage I’ve seen so far.

Disable the blocker and just go for it. (Don’t forget to reenable it when you’ve finished)

The smartest game in months. It driven me man for a whole night of play :D
It’s a puzzle platformer, as the author defines it. You have to arrange the areas so that the character can reach the key(s) and then exit through the door. Simply brilliant!
